Timeframe
14-21 Business Days (NO WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS) There is NO RUSH ORDER for Websites! Business days DOES NOT include weekends or holidays! Turnaround Time starts once ALL information is sent and payment is received! If you are waiting on professional photos the process will not start until I RECEIVE THEM!
Turnaround times can change due to High Volume orders. You will be notified if there is a delay to your project.

• Names for Products + Product Descriptions (E-Commerce Sites Only)
• Logo File (Transparent) + High Quality Images (Professional Photos)
• Color Scheme
• Shipping Fees, Shipping Policies, & Order Policies (E-Commerce Sites Only)
• Typed out content for each page including Web Banner Verbiage! Email in a Word Document!
I will set up everything EXCEPT the subscription/plan and payment methods for customers to use on your site.

REFUND POLICY
All Payments are 100% Non-Refundable. Due to the nature of the services offered HER Graphics LLC does NOT provide refunds. There are absolutely NO Refunds once first draft concepts are created! If you [client] decide to cancel at your own discretion you will forfeit your designs and will not be refunded. Deciding to move forward with another business or having buyers remorse is not a suitable means for a refund. Refunds will only be issued at designers discretion. .
By purchasing this item you [client] are agreeing to this NO REFUND policy.

Rush Fees? (3-4 Business Days +$20) (1-2 Business Days +$30) (Same Day Rush fee is equivalent to the original cost of service)
There are NO Rush Fees for Website Development and Branding Packages!
