For all projects done by HER Graphics, there is a limit of (3) revisions! Any revision after final design is approved will incur a $10 fee per revision.

Updates will be sent out between our average turnaround time. In the case of high traffic orders turn around time may change (you will receive a notice) however in normal cases updates will be sent no later than the 14th business day!

Her Graphics, LLC works in a no disturb clause. Which means during the design process updates aren't periodically sent, instead you will receive your order update on the business day in which your order is due. There will not be any constant contact during the duration of the design process however please feel free to contact me if you have any questions, concerns, or further details about your order. Please allow up to 24 hr response time!

No, we do not accept deposits. Payment is required in FULL before work begins!

All Payments are 100% Non-Refundable. Due to the nature of the services offered HER Graphics LLC does NOT provide refunds. There are absolutely NO Refunds once first draft concepts are sent! If you [client] decide to cancel at your own discretion you will forfeit your designs and will not be refunded. Refunds will only be issued at designers discretion.

By purchasing this item you [client] are agreeing to this NO REFUND policy.

Both parties may terminate the service at any time if the relationship is deemed unsatisfactory by either party. HER Graphics retains ownership of all copyrights and original work created, if cancellation! If client cancels after design completion, there will be absolutely NO refunds!
