Creative Hours: 

HER Graphics LLC business hours are Monday-Friday 10am-8pm EST. We are closed on Weekends/Holidays! 

Refunds:

All Payments are 100% Non-Refundable. Due to the nature of the services offered HER Graphics LLC does NOT provide refunds. There are absolutely NO Refunds once first draft concepts are created! If you [client] decide to cancel at your own discretion you will forfeit your designs and will not be refunded. Deciding to move forward with another business or having buyers remorse is not a suitable means for a refund. Refunds will only be issued at designers discretion.   

By purchasing this item you [client] are agreeing to this NO REFUND policy.

Turnaround Time: 

7-14 Business Days (NO WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS)

Rush Fees? (3-4 Business Days +$20) (1-2 Business Days +$30) (Same Day Rush fee is equivalent to the original cost of service)  There are no Rush Fees for Website Development and Branding Packages!

Turnaround times can change due to High Volume orders. You will be notified if there is a delay to your project. All rush orders are PRIORITY orders! 

Communication/Updates:

Her Graphics, LLC works in a no disturb clause. Which means during the design process updates aren't periodically sent, instead you will receive your order update on the business day in which your order is due. There will not be any constant contact during the duration of the design process however please feel free to contact me if you have any questions, concerns, or further details about your order. Please allow up to 24 hr response time!

All questions, inquiries, or updates in regards to any order must be directly emailed to hergraphicsbymya@gmail.com during Business Hours! Please do not send DMs on social media in regards to your order! Email is my best form of communication! 

All messages received outside of business hours may be replied to (case varies), but if not, will be replied to on the next business day.

Payments:

All pricing at HER Graphics LLC is subject to change at any time! All payments must be made via website! Full payment is required to begin projects, projects will not be started if payment isn't received. 

Revisions:

Once design proofs are sent you are able to make up to 3 revisions! Any revisions after will incur in a $10 fee per revision. Revisions include fonts, color, layouts, sizing, etc. 

Design revisions can take up to an additional 2-3 business days depending on the severity of your revisions. 

Ghosting Clause:

Clients who do not submit information within 30 BUSINESS DAYS are subject to a $50 restart fee. If a draft is sent and the client has not responded nor finalized their design within 30 BUSINESS DAYS after draft being sent, there will be a $50 restart fee.
