Due to the nature of the services offered HER Graphics LLC does NOT provide refunds. There are absolutely NO Refunds once first draft concepts are sent! If you [client] decide to cancel at your own discretion you will forfeit your designs and will not be refunded. Refunds will only be issued at designers discretion.

7-14 Business Days (NO WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS)
Rush Fees? (3-4 Business Days +$20) (1-2 Business Days +$30) (Same Day Rush fee is equivalent to the original cost of service)
Turnaround times can change due to High Volume orders. You will be notified if there is a delay to your project. All rush orders are PRIORITY orders!

Up to 3 Revisions ONLY! Any extra revisions will incur in a $10 fee per revision! Revisions can take an additional 2-3 business days!
