Acuity customization can take up to 7-14 Business Days. Business days DOES NOT include weekends or holidays! Turnaround Time starts once ALL information is sent and payment is received!

One customized Acuity Site (Scheduling Instructions Part) I DO NOT edit your list of services! Acuity Revamps ONLY!
Up to 3 Revisions ONLY! Any extra revisions will incur in a $10 fee per revision! Revisions can take an additional 2-3 business days!
What you need to provide via Email:
• Business Info if not already on Acuity Site
• Acuity Login Credentials
• Color Scheme/Logo File
REFUND POLICY
All Payments are 100% Non-Refundable. Due to the nature of the services offered HER Graphics LLC does NOT provide refunds. There are absolutely NO Refunds once first draft concepts are created! If you [client] decide to cancel at your own discretion you will forfeit your designs and will not be refunded. Deciding to move forward with another business or having buyers remorse is not a suitable means for a refund. Refunds will only be issued at designers discretion. .
By purchasing this item you [client] are agreeing to this NO REFUND policy.

Rush Fees? (3-4 Business Days +$20) (1-2 Business Days +$30) (Same Day Rush fee is equivalent to the original cost of service)
There are NO Rush Fees for Website Development and Branding Packages!
Turnaround times can change due to High Volume orders. You will be notified if there is a delay to your project. All rush orders are PRIORITY orders!
